Our Orana

I found Orana by chance via web search and decided to try. If only we have known the difference, we would have this board in our kitchen for year. It "grips" the food, no more loud cutting "bang" against the board. Knife seems to cut easier. I use two cloths to clean. One (dispose each week) to clean when changing food item to cut, another is microfiber, to wipe dry after washing. love the board and it looks posh on top of kitchen bench. I purchased the cross-cut medium. Worth every penny.
