Can you make custom sizes and shapes?
Yes. Custom sizes, shapes, signage and hospitality products can be produced depending on the design, quantity and timber availability.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and level of customisation. Standard logo engraving orders generally start from 10 units. Contact us for smaller or specialised projects.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes approximately 10–15 business days from artwork approval and deposit payment. Large orders and custom projects may require additional time.
What logo file format do you need?
Vector artwork is preferred, including AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF files. High-resolution PNG files may also be accepted, depending on the design.
Are all boards identical?
No. Natural variations in grain, colour, tone and markings are part of genuine Australian timber. Each piece will have its own unique appearance.
Can customised orders be returned?
Customised and personalised products cannot be returned for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing fault, please contact us promptly with photos.
Is GST included?
All quotations will clearly state whether GST is included or added separately.
Will pricing or an invoice be included in the parcel?
No pricing materials need to be included inside gift parcels. Tax invoices are issued separately to the purchaser.
