At Orana Camphor Wooden Board, we first log Camphor Laurel tree.

Then we cut the tree down to appropriate slabs and go through natural drying process which is crucial in maintaining the wood characteristics and its properties.

Kiln drying process

After the above steps are complete, the slabs are then shaven down and cut/shaped into the desired shapes for each board.

.After the main shapes are formed, then the individual boards are sanded down to bring out their beautiful contours with our expert craftsmanship.

The boards are then oiled with our natural oils which bring out their vibrant colors and grain/textures.

Then, our boards are ready to be taken into your homes and become a centrepiece of your kitchen and enriching your dining experience.
